The Craft by Dorothy Morrison.

Dorothy Morrison follows the Georgian Tradition of Wicca, which is an eclectic BTW-inspired Tradition.  Her book has some fantastic energy exercises and meditations, an indepth look at traditional Wiccan Tools, the Sabbats and Esbats.  Highly recommend to the beginner.
